Victorian Superstitions and Ghost Stories Tour

The St. Croix County Historical Society will delve into the supernatural with a Victorian Superstitions and Ghost Stories Tour at the Octagon House Museum. Set for Friday and Saturday, October 22 and 23 at 7 pm, this tour offers a glimpse into Victorian superstitions and customs surrounding death.

The tour cost is $20 per person and is non-refundable.  This tour is intended for adults (18+).

Octagon House Museum

The St. Croix County Historical Society maintains the Octagon House Museum complex, which is open for guided tours May through October & December. In addition to the gracious eight-sided house with Victorian era furnishings, the complex includes the Garden House with its 19th century life, domestic arts, carpenter, blacksmith, and general store tableaux; and the Carriage House, which includes the Museum Gift Shop and research center. All structures are set amid expansive, beautifully maintained gardens.
